Isabella (Penélope Cruz - Loving Pablo) is a talented Brazilian chef, who works in her husband Toninho’s (Murilo Benício) restaurant, in this rom-com from director Fina Torres and writer Vera Blasi (Tortilla Soup). Isabella gets motion sickness if she’s not in control - In a car, she has to drive, in bed, she has to be on top. This chafes Toninho’s ego, and he cheats on her. Isabella runs away to San Francisco where her talent lands her a cooking show. Romance blooms with producer Cliff (Mark Feuerstein - Babysplitters), complicated by the arrival of Toninho, hoping to reconcile.
