Well, now I am going to write a review of this great horror film. Re-Animator is in my opinion one of the best of its kind, its a bloody spectacle of a zombie film, with great actors, a great setting, wonderful make-up effects, several weird and over the top scenes and lots and lots of gore. What makes the entire film work is Jeffrey Combs as Herbert West, he is completely believable as a coldblooded, intelligent, calculated man of science, in fact he has something of a menacing quality about him, which makes the entire film. Another actress that makes this film is Barbera Crampton who ends up in a very embarrassing situation... The over the top gore and nudity means this film should only be watched by adults, but you do get a bang for your buck, with dozens of re-animated corpses, a decapitation, a head bursting apart, a zombie cat and Barbera Crampton. Must watch for every horror fan.
