A friend recommended I watch this because she's into UFO's lately. And it's free on YouTube so I figured: "Why not?"

Unacknowledged: An Exposé of the World's Greatest Secret (FULL MOVIE)

I had heard a lot of the talking points elsewhere and they all seem pretty reasonable. But I think correlation doesn't mean causation. Many people on the Artbell radio show would say this all happened once we invented the atom bomb. Their conclusion is that aliens realized we are a threat and came to visit us. That's when Roswell happened. This is also their logic when they claim that many UFO sightings happen near bases with nuclear warheads. Wouldn't it be more likely that the UFO's are secret tech from the US government that hasn't been declassified? Afterall, the Black Hawk stealth bomber was secret for years and years before the public knew it existed. This would make sense for the UFO that seems to shoot beams that disarm a nuke midair. The first thing we'd develop after bombing Hiroshima is the ability to stop others from doing that to us.
However, the FBI memos that were made public about Roswell mentioned at about 9 minutes into the documentary, make me want to believe.

The FBI files on "The Finders" also prove the supposed "Satanic Panic" wasn't a panic at all. https://vault.fbi.gov/the-finders/ https://archive.li/vBPuG
So I agreed 100% about the bit in the documentary talking about Operation Mockingbird and how the MSM intentionally mocks anyone who breaches the subject of UFO's seriously. They did the same about people discussing human trafficking like with the Franklin Scandal. And now finally after #METOO and Epstein, people are willing to admit what we already know.
Which is why I am trying to remain skeptical, but not cynical about alien topics. I'd never heard of the peaceful citizens group trying to make contact with aliens. That was cool.
It would have been nice if there was a clear conclusion, though. In one section they allude to aliens being real and that the government covers it up. Then in another they claim the government uses alien tech to pretend to be aliens, in order to do false flag events. And that it's all because they want to hoard alien technology and tesla methods of free energy for themselves. All of that could be true simultaneously but there wasn't enough evidence to conclude that. Documentaries need a climax and conclusion like any other movie, but I'd have rathered they just dig deeper on interviews with credible people than try to grasp at straws for an answer to the why question.
All in all, worth the watch.
