What You Need To Know:Black comedian Chris Rock stars in DOWN TO EARTH, a comedy about a would-be stand-up comic who is reincarnated into the body of a wealthy white man, Charles Wellington, before Wellington’s murdered body is discovered. A bumbling angel accidentally takes the soul of Rock’s character, Lance Barton, before Lance’s own appointed death. Lance agrees to the switch to get close to a young black woman who’s protesting Wellington’s attempt to shut down a hospital in Harlem.
