I watched this after seeing it in the first part of Academic Agent's Top 100 films stream. It's a fairly novel film and has a nice 90s sheen and style to it, but that also makes it shallow and unsatisfying. It was hard for me to relate to any of the three main characters and no part stands out as very funny after viewing it. A different ending could have wrapped the film up with some more closure for the audience. No idea if the originator of the Chad meme took inspiration from this film, but after seeing it I would not be surprised.
