I just watched this film for the first time as an adult and honestly I love it. The messages are great, from the importance of defending your home, the strength of a mother's love for her child and vice verse and the all around feel good mood to it. Additionally we see the lonely old neighbour getting back together with his estranged son and we even see Kevin going to church on Christmas Eve. I think this is a beautiful 0% diverse movie!
