Gay Stuff
The big reveal that the woman was a fat gay man catfishing was not a big reveal whatsoever for anyone who grew up with the internet but it's still fascinating to see the story unravel. But also the surprise was ruined because I accidentally watched the 20 minute follow up video entitled "The Tickle King" because the first SockShare link embedded it. Don't make the same mistake as me, watch "Tickled (2016)" first and then "The Tickle King" because the latter gives you the huge climax and closure you don't get from the original film. BTW, in "The Tickle King," the large pupils of the impoverished MMA guy and his fake smile show how he was likely threatened and/or bribed with drugs to recant his original interview statements. So obvious. Also, the older I get, the more I realize the projection meme is actually true. David D'Amato being a closet homo with severe issues in denial and living out his desires through proxy is an extreme example of this but you see similar examples like how all the woke anti-White people are married to White men (e.g. AOC & the Squad or the MTV Decoded lady). Is there a term for that? Like Napoleon Complex, but where you project or compensate for your insecurities? Compensation Complex? Closetf*g Complex? Overall, very bizarre movie, but really worthwhile. It's what journalism used to be all about. Speaking truth to power and uncovering the truth. Rather than spinning it. Bravo to those kiwis. And thanks to MondoMirth for the recommendation.
