I saw this back in college and remember it being a good post apocalyptic  action flick.   Brits in their infinite wisdom walled off Scotland after much of it caught a fast spreading blood born plague the reaper virus which basically turns its host into living zombies. years later the virus has spread to the rest of the UK. it falls on a crack commando team to infiltrate beyond the wall. to look for a cure since there was a brilliant scientist left beyond the wall. the rest of the movie involves raider cannibals, and socially dark aged semi medieval survivors who are also hostile. the action in this movie is good but the story is kind of all over the place.....just a good brainless action flick.
