For the longest i did not care for Greek mythology and sword and sandal epics. Movies like this helped change that opinion. To some Harryhausen's claymation creatures look dated but i still prefer it over the cgi packed remake.  focusing on Perseus and his exploits in saving the city of Argos and Princess Andromeda.  I thoroughly enjoy this movie and many of the others made like it.
