I love this movie....i love this series. if you love fantasy they are a must. This movie makes me weep every time i watch the ride of the Rohirrim it is a precocious gem of a scene along side many other Gems.  for this whole series id recommend the extended versions, This is a great film where men and women stand up to evil and try to foster a brighter future. The ring shows it is the ultimate temptation that it like some sins its hard to let go of...but its also why you need a strong support group to have your back.
